The konjac noodles could be shipped and storaged in the ambient condition, do not need to be refrigerated.
Keep in cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight,  refrigerated once opened and use up within 3 days. 
Please note don’t freeze.

First, let’s see the ingredients of konjac noodles, 3.0% konjac flour, 0.15% calcium hydroxide, 96.85% water

You see, over 90% ingredients of konjac noodles is water, once it is frozen, it can't become the original appearance
even after thawing.

That's why it can't be frozen. but it can be refrigerated above 0 ℃
